1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FeetFame ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. One person may not maintain more than one account. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be immediately terminated.
3. Creator Accounts
Creators must complete identity verification before publishing content or receiving payments. Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and distribute. The Platform reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any content at its discretion. Creators set their own subscription prices and pay-per-view pricing within platform guidelines.
4. Content Guidelines
All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Content must not depict or involve minors in any capacity. Creators must have full rights and permissions to all content they upload. Content must be accurately categorized and tagged. The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited: any content involving minors; non-consensual content; content promoting violence or illegal activity; content that infringes on intellectual property rights; content containing malware or harmful code; misleading or fraudulent content; and any content that violates applicable laws.
6. Payments and Fees
The Platform facilitates payments between viewers and creators. The Platform charges a service fee on transactions as disclosed during the transaction process. Creators receive earnings minus platform fees. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule. All prices are displayed in USD. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis. The Platform is not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers.
7. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content through the Platform. Users may not download, redistribute, or reproduce content without explicit permission from the creator. The FeetFame name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of the Platform.
8. Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings. Upon termination, the Platform may retain certain data as required by law. Outstanding payments to creators will be processed according to the standard payout schedule, even after account termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Platform's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by or to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is not responsible for content uploaded by users or interactions between users.
